Handling of personal data

VEAB Heat Tech AB (556138-3166) complies with the directives on the handling of personal data that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires.

If you have an account or have posted any comments on this website, you can request an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any information you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete all personal data we have about you. This does not include any data that we are required to save for administrative, legal or security purposes.

• Email address and phone number for work phone

The data is managed in a password-protected CRM system. VEAB Heat Tech AB only releases this personal data to third parties if we are forced to submit an unpaid invoice to debt collection.

Personal data provided in connection with competitions and raffles is only saved for as long as the activity lasts and is deleted when any winnings are disclosed.

VEAB Heat Tech AB has a high level of IT security with encrypted hardware that, with your privacy in focus, protects against outside intrusions. No personal data is available in open systems. Cleaning of personal and contact information for customers takes place regularly or when the business relationship ends.

Right to request information

If you want to know more about how we process personal data, send a request to info@veab.com. You have the right to request information about personal data that is processed about you and to have data corrected, but please note that VEAB Heat Tech AB only has access to data that was used in connection with you ordering something from us or engaging as a local supporter.

Theft or trespassing

In the event of theft, data breach and/or break-in in data-sensitive areas, the Data Protection Office is notified immediately.
